Model HSU-1
This model features unpackaged mounting construction on a ceramic plate. The active
sensing area of the sensor is 100 X 100 um. This allows one to make hall effect
measurements in areas not previously accessible due to the size of commonly available
packaged sensors.
Model HSP-T
This model features transverse mounting construction in a sturdy epoxy filled package.
High linearity of the hall voltage versus magnetic field and small temperature dependence
of sensitivity sets this sensor apart from commonly available hall effect sensors.
Model HSP-A
This model features axial mounting construction with the same electrical specifications as
the HSP-T. Hall voltages are guaranteed to be at least 10 mV per Tesla. This represents a
25% increase in sensitivity over sensors previously offered.
