LabVIEW® drivers are now available for the Model LM-500 liquid cryogen monitor. These are available on an IBM 3.5" diskette or can be downloaded directly from this website.
The file LM500.llb contains the LabVIEW® VISA driver VIs for the Cryomagnetics LM-500.
LM500Dem.llb contains a LabVIEW® interactive user interface that provides an example for using the lower level VIs. To operate two LM-500's a copy of "LM-500 Operate.vi" may be saved as "LM-500 Operate II.vi" and both copies executed simultaneously.
These VI libraries were developed on a PC-based Windows 95 system using LabVIEW® Version 4.1, and were tested using both IEEE-488 and RS-232. Minor modifications may be necessary for use on other platforms.
In order to properly interface with the LabVIEW® drivers, the LM-500 will need Rev. 2.04 or later software. If have a doubt about your software revision, please contact us for more information.
