Technical Assistance
Cryomagnetics maintains trained service personnel in the Oak Ridge, Tennessee facility. The fastest way to obtain technical assistance is to call (865) 482-9551. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST.
Less urgent requests can be handled via fax: (865) 483-1253 or e-mail to service@cryomagnetics.com. A phone call after normal business hours will be handled by an answering service that records your message. A Cryomagnetics' technician will call you back during normal business hours.
For support outside the United States, Cryomagnetics maintains a network of representatives around the world.
Repairs
If repair of a Cryomagnetics' product is necessary, please contact your local representative or Cryomagnetics' facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. A return authorization number will be issued to you to expedite repairs.
